		<description>Hello Zach

i absolutely love your thinking and totally believe it is necessary for our sustainability on this plant. My colleagues and I have extensive experience in Leadership Development and have been working on developing materials for Leader Development, using a number of thinking models which include; Eco-literacy (Fritjof), Spiral Dynamics, The Five Literacies of Global Leadership, Spirituality, Presence (Otter Scharmer), just to name a few. If you ever happen to be in Australia please look us up and keep blogging!

Kind regards
