		<description>The quality of personal, communal and organizational transformation depend on the capacity of the person or people. If you want to talk about sustainable leadership, communities or organizations two key points are their capabilities to perceive inter-relationship and the motivation that springs from that perception. 
Motivation really needs to intrinsic (driven by internal beliefs, principles, realizations) versus external (driven by fear, media coverage, rising gas prices, etc.) to create any lasting (e.g. sustainable) results.</description>
